Z4C RESOURCE
Appointment scheduling for salons and barbershops
An illustrative administrative workflow: one repeated task, drafted for human review. It is not a connected integration or a customer result.
Illustrative administrative task
- Example task: drafting a reply that proposes the next open slot for a stylist to approve. You choose one repeated task on the call.
- This is an illustration, not evidence of a working integration or a customer result.
Proposed flow
- Read one approved source: your salon booking calendar.
- Organize the inputs for the task into one draft.
- Draft the output for human review. Nothing is sent or changed yet.
- Act only after explicit approval from a named person.
- Log each approved action in the activity log.
Human control
- A person approves every message, record change, and system action before it runs.
- Unapproved drafts are never sent or saved to a system.
- Hiring, medical, and legal decisions are out of scope and are never automated.
Fixed scope and price
- $15,000 one-time fixed scope covers one workflow.
- Scope includes one approved source integration, an activity log, an agreed acceptance test, and documentation and handover.
- Scope, access, and delivery date are agreed in writing before any commitment.
- No ongoing managed service or paid licenses are included.
Common questions
- Is compatibility checked before any work starts? Yes. Compatibility with your tools is checked first, and no work is committed until that check passes.
- Are results promised? No. This is an illustrative workflow, and no results are promised.
- Does the AI act without a person? No. A person approves every action before it runs.
- What is included in the scope? One workflow and one approved source integration, as set out in the written scope.
